The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to the airport and Mount Vernon trail. The complimentary shuttle was convenient. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. However, there were some hiccups with slow elevators, high parking fees, and the need for updates. Breakfast options were limited, but dinner at the restaurant was excellent.

The hotel was in a great spot for getting to the airport and into downtown D.C. by Metro, and having a Starbucks on site was a big plus since I'm not the biggest fan of kerig coffee machines in hotel rooms. We have been staying at this hotel for the Brain Cancer walk for the past 6 years. The location is perfect, close to the metro and mall, with easy access to major streets and highways. The restaurant staff was wonderful, accommodating our large group of 30 family and friends. The bed was a bit stiff, but the blanket and pillows were so big and soft. The highlight was discovering the underground concourse connecting to nearby hotels, making it convenient for us to attend a lecture. Also, the breakfast options, both to order and buffet, were a pleasant surprise.

I appreciated being able to enter and leave easily, and my guests were able to visit without any issues. The staff also made sure we had fresh towels and washcloths, even when we didn't need our room cleaned. Thank you!

We loved the location of the hotel! The Mount Vernon trail was just minutes away, making it easy for us to cycle around and explore the National Mall. She quickly checked and held onto it for me, making my stay much happier. the property was clean and my room was spotless, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. the super comfortable pillows were a nice touch and made it hard for me to get out of bed in the morning. the front desk staff was also friendly and a pleasure to interact with.

During my recent business trip to Washington, D.C., my director chose Crowne Plaza Crystal City as our accommodation, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in several aspects. I had the pleasure of visiting the Relaxation Station 703-412-0898 at Crystal City Underground shop just a block away from the hotel. It may not be an upscale spa, but the quality of the massage I received was exceptional, and the price was very reasonable. Furthermore, the fitness center at the hotel was impressive, offering a wide array of equipment including treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, and stationary bicycles. My exercise regimen was easily maintained thanks to the fantastic facilities provided.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The concierge provided great recommendations for family-friendly activities, like the charming underground mall with a variety of shops and dining options, just a stone's throw away. The hotel's ideal location near Pentagon City and the easy access to the Metro made our family adventures a breeze. It was a wonderful and convenient base for our Washington, D.C. exploration.
